FAQs
How much does it cost to use the Naace SRF tool?
The PDF version of the Naace Self-Review Framework is free of charge for Eummena Naace members.
How do I know if my institution is registered on the site?
Contact Eummena by email at [email protected].
The site says that my account has expired. What do I do?
All accounts automatically require institutions and individual users to re-subscribe. Hence, accounts expire if you have not yet renewed your subscription to the Naace SRF tool.
What happens to my data if I fail to renew my account?
Holding your data indefinitely without your express permission is in contravention of current legislation and certainly incurs Eummena with costs. If you fail to renew within 30 days of your account expiring, we will archive your account for a limited period, and, on logging in, provide you with options to either re-instate your account from the archive for a fee (in addition to renewing your subscription), or delete your account (including all data associated it). Should your account be dormant for several months, it is automatically deleted and any data cannot be recovered. You will need to set up a new account in these circumstances.
I am not in an institution and would like access to the Naace SRF. How do I apply?
Other organisations and individuals
Organisations and individuals requiring new accounts should ring us by email at [email protected]. Immediate access can only be granted using a credit card. If you require a credit invoice, then your account will be activated when payment is made.
